ORIGIN PROTOCOL

July 22nd, 2022 | Shambhala Music Festival, Salmo, BC

As a testament to our creativity and artistic vision, Le Cirque de la Nuit was entrusted to produce a jaw-dropping opening ceremony stage performance that unveiled the newly enhanced Village Stage at the 23rd annual Shambhala Music Festival on July 22nd, 2022. Inspired by ceremonial futurism, the 30-minute spectacle explored a tale of a technologically advanced society with a cyberpunk aesthetic brought to life through world-class circus acts. Our team designed and executed bespoke props & LED costuming, along with innovative apparatuses, all choreographed to an original score by the award-winning film composer, Zain Effendi. The entire production was an unforgettable display of high-calibre artistry, both visually and aurally, that left the audience in complete awe.
